@user_ivkb9x  Thanks for posting about your Xfinity Rewards. Be sure to use the Xfinity app, or https://customer.xfinity.com/Support/Rewards to log in as the primary user, and view them successfully. If you continue to see none, let us know what steps you're taking to view them, and on what device. We'll ensure you can redeem what you deserve as a long time customer!

I too can't see any rewards. I tried using my Windows laptop and also my app on my Android phone. It just asks me to sign in and shows some rewards that I used or expired. Nothing new.
