Can't access rewards account

I have the following error message when trying to access my Rewards account for weeks now:

We can't offer you rewards right now.

Your account isn't eligible to join this program. To learn more about Xfinity Rewards qualification, please refer to our FAQs.

I had Diamond status before moving to a different house recently but I have kept the same internet plan.

Good evening @user_aa64f4, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums, we appreciate it. I see that you are having some trouble accessing your Rewards since you moved. We'd be happy to look into your Rewards issues further and if needed, get a ticket submitted to our Rewards team to have it properly updated. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account? 

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
