Can't access rewards account
I have the following error message when trying to access my Rewards account for weeks now:
We can't offer you rewards right now.
Your account isn't eligible to join this program. To learn more about Xfinity Rewards qualification, please refer to our FAQs.
I had Diamond status before moving to a different house recently but I have kept the same internet plan.

We'd be happy to look into your Rewards issues further and if needed, get a ticket submitted to our Rewards team to have it properly updated.
