Cannot upgrade internet speed

I keep getting directed to https://www.xfinity.com/error/buy/sorry?errorCode=10.OP-1003 whenever I try to upgrade my internet speed.

No worries!  We can definitely assist in getting that internet speed upgraded for you.  When you attempt to make the changes to your account online, are you logging in with your Xfinity username and password?

Deceptive practices.  I've been trying on multiple browsers, multiple device types, app and browser, on three different ISP connections.  They intentionally block you from changing your speed up or down without contacting them so they can manipulate you into paying the maximum you can tolerate for the least service possible.

user_uckdj7, I'm sorry you feel this way, but it's genuinely not our goal in any way. It can depend on your profile, level of service, or the changes you need. If you have a home phone, for example, it will always direct you to ensure the porting process is accurately completed to avoid any delays.
