Cannot see Xfinity free movie reward

I'm unable to see this week's free movie download, Tenet.  I had the same issue last week and was unable to claim San Andreas. A number of other people posted online that they were having similar problems. This issue seems to be confined to redeeming the free movie reward, as I did see the odyssey poster and $1 movie rental rewards on my dashboard. Can you assist?

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the free movie, but you have come to the right place for assistance for this issue. When you search for that movie does it only show the option to buy it or rent it?

It doesn't show up in my rewards dashboard at all, and if I find the movie manually on Xfinity stream or in the stream app, it only has options to rent or buy.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

For anyone reading this: I've been engaging directly with customer service, but I don't think they're understanding the issue. By now all free copies of Tenet have been claimed, just like when other people opened up tickets last week for San Andreas.  I've seen a number of people post to Reddit with the same issue I put here as well.  So the customer service representatives think that the issue is that we are not seeing the movie because it is no longer available. What isn't being understood is that we never saw the movie in our dashboards. The fact that it is no longer available *now* is not related to the issue that it never showed up at all. This seems to be widespread, but it doesn't affect everyone, only certain people.

This week's movie (Dunkirk) appeared as normal and I was able to claim it.  I'm not sure what changes were made, but the system appears to be working again.
