Cannot return/delete show Amazon KFGIWI

I downloaded some shows on my Fire tablet using Xfinity Stream.  Returning the shows seemed to fail somehow.  My tablet/Xfinity Stream shows downloaded "On Amazon KFGIWI".  I now cannot delete or watch on either my DVR or Xfinity Steam app.  I tried to download and return again but same problem.  Also deleted the app and reinstalled.  Can someone manually delete these shows from Xfinity or let me know how to proceed?

No the content wasn't purchased.  I called support and they fixed it.  It involved signing out of the xfinity app and refreshing the DVR in device settings

Hello, @j_liu21, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Stream app and the downloaded content. That can be a little annoying to deal with, especially if you were really excited to watch that show. Was this download purchased as well?
