Cannot locate $500 giftcard

SO back at the end of december, I signed up for xfinity internet and 2 mobile lines.  I was promised $500 for signing up with internet and $100 per mobile line transferred over to xfinity.  I just received an email from Xfinity Incentive that I am getting $200 prepaid card for 2 BYO devices but nothing regarding the $500 and the person I chatted with cannot find this information.

@aqualung0211. We definitley want to make sure you get the promotions at the time. I know for sure there was not a $500 sign up offer, but we can look and see what was available at that time and take steps to correct anything. Please direct message your name and address. 

 

Make sure you are signed in to forums

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon(direct message) near the bell icon.

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

@XfinityEthan​ you can literally google xfinity hello 2023 sale and see the $500 promo. Yall are about to lose millions of customers with this incident. NOONE has received their $500 you promsied.

Same here. They promise $500 for switching to xfinity, today we just personally went to comcast becos they said wait for 90 days and they send the $500 its over 120 days now and we receive nothing. The staff told us that its appear our account is not existing in the promeo when he put in their system.
