Cannot get Platinum Reward Peacocktv, blocked at multiple levels. Can I get some help?
I tried to redeem the reward and went through the all instruction steps. I chatted with Xfinity Help system, they could not help, suggested I contact Peacock directly. After 5-6 emails exchanged the Peacocktv help email system even they cannot get the system to accept the Xfinity reward code. I followed all the Peacocktv suggestions, even added a credit card to the account, but it just charged me a monthly fee. After two weeks for trying I'm stuck.
