CANNOT CANCEL FOR MONTHS - and they said it was cancelled a month and a half ago but it hasnt
Do not recommend xfinity at all. They made me call to cancel the plan, made me stay on for 10+ minutes to go through their sales pitch, but never canceled. I got charged for another month, paid it, chatted with them twice via call once and 2x on chat and it’s still not cancelled. I will never be using Xfinity’s for anything ever again and they still have not helped no matter what. The app is useless and they don’t help via chat, even when I first signed up for wifi
