Cannot Activate Peacock

Peacock Premium is included with my Xfinity Subscription, but I am unable to activate it.

When I click the activate link in my email, it takes me to my Streaming Subscriptions Page where it shows that it's already included with my account.  I never was able to set up an account for this.

Hello,

Yes I have literally spent two hours clicking and trying absolutely everything to try to gain access.

When I click on the link xfinity.com/activate-peacock, I get this message on the page:

We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer

I greatly appreciate you trying @user_q1aezy. What plan are you attempting to redeem the Peacock Premium subscription through? The Internet plan, NOW TV,/StreamSaver, or through our Xfinity Rewards program?
