Cannot activate Peacock Premium - getting errors.

I am having an issue with activating Peacock Premium with my Xfinity subscription. 

When I go to https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions, the 'Activate Peacock Premium' button does not take me anywhere.    

When I go to https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock, I get an error "Something unexpected happened. Try refreshing the page. If the problem persists, please check back later."

I have cleared cache, cookies on Safari and Chrome on a Mac and also done the same on Chrome on Windows.  Same result.

I started service on my account on Monday March 23rd.   I noticed that when I go to "Manage Plan" > "View and Manage Current Services", under "Customize Your Plan", my Internet service reads "Pending Activation" underneath it.   Perhaps this has something to do with my problem.   

Please help me get Peacock activated.

Hello again, @user_wlyd5u! We messaged you privately/directly a few days ago, but I'm not sure if you saw our reply. The escalation ticket we submitted on your behalf resulted in, what we believe to be, a resolution! The team helping us says the problem has been corrected, and you should be able to activate Peacock now (with any email of your choice).
