Cancelling

Having trouble cancelling my service, it won’t do a callback option until the 10th of this month. I’d like to cancel my services today.

I am sorry to hear that you want to cancel the service, and that you have had issues with that process, but you have come to the right place, we have a dedicated team of experts that can assist with this. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address
• Press Enter to send it

It should not be a challenge to try to cancel service. Do better and be a better company.
