Cancelling my services after 36 years

My bill has always gone up ,I have been a costumer since 1984, but I just reached the limit, and will be cancelling before my cut off date 12/7/2020, lately my bill went from $174 to $201, to $211 and now I just saw it went to $238!!!. I just want to make sure that the store in Sunset Drive and 117 ave is open, and if I have to make an appointment to drop all your boxes.Thank you.

Our store is closed Thursday but expected to be open on Friday. No appointment is required.

Apologies for any confusion we may have caused with the monthly billing.

 

Looks like we started the billing period with a credit balance/overpayment/balance forward of $10.86.

It looks like the promotional and discounted contract pricing on your X1 Starter Latino Triple Play package ended. You were enjoying a $40.01 a month discount! The discount is now only $25.01 a month as per the agreement.

 

The HD technology fee was prorated the month prior ($2.33/month) and now is showing at the full monthly rate of $9.95. That is a variance of $7.62. 

That $22.62 total variance plus some associated and corresponding taxes, fees and other charges (due to the new higher monthly rate) resulted in an additional $3.65 this month for an all-in increase of $37.13 month over month (with the overpayment/balance forward of $10.86).

 

Definitely confusing - I hope that helps to explain. We went ahead and applied a small credit to your account for your loyalty and we hope that you stay with Comcast.

Yes, indeed very confusing, and I do appreciate the credit applied to my next monthly payment, I really do and I wanted to thank you. Now, is there anything you guys can do to lower my bill?, I mean are there any other offers, since the problem seems to be that mine expired?, please let me know, the reason why I have been with Comcast since 1984, is because I like your services, but hear me here I can not afford $238.00!!, I am sure we can work out a solution, I do not know if I am paying for sport channels for instance, well I do not need sports channels.Please, let me know, and thank you again.
