Cancelled my xfinity service, have proof, and now getting texts that I owe money. How to email xfinity?
I cancelled my xfinity service due to moving out of the country. At first xfinity required a phone call at USA time zones which is impossible for me (and illegal because I opened my account via web in California so xfinity is legally required to close my account via web in California), so I managed to close the account via chat and have screenshots of the chat representative confirming the account was closed. Now I'm getting messages that I'll be sent to collections if I don't pay because I've continued to be billed for months even after cancellation. I tried finding contact information for xfinity with no luck, does anyone know a good email for them?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Greetings @user_19bl5u, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums today, and thanks @EG for moving the post so we would see it, I hope this message finds you both well. I am sorry to hear about the issue with the billing on the closed account, I know how frustrating it is to get billed for something you canceled, but you have reached the right team that can take care of this for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
