Going through the same problem with them canceling 2 appointments in a row with no explanation

Also going through the same thing.  They contacted me for an appointment, set up appointment.  They cancelled appointment.  Set up second appointment.  Technician NEVER showed up.  On phone with customer support.  No HELP at all.
