Cancelled and moving on
To say that this provider has become an embarrassment is an understatement. In 2025 I have had my internet drop out around 20 times, at times (like last night) for 10+ hours. I had selected to be notified anytime service is expected in my area due to working from home. Sometimes i would get notified, sometimes i wouldnt, and those times i was notified it was usually a couple minutes before it dropped out, and even at times AFTER it dropped out. Paying $80 a month for a service that has dropped out this many times is absolutely unacceptable, and every time I have called to complain I get "we are so sorry we will give you a credit to your account, but the system only lets me refund (inset small value)".
I have now opted to take what is on paper as an inferior internet provider because i am so tired of the crap and overpriced services.
Additionally, your data cap each month is pathetic. This is 2025, I should not have to pay an additional $30 a month to have unlimited data. My new provider gives unlimited internet for free.
I have now, very happily canceled my services with your company

Hi @user_6f5233, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. As someone that works from home as well, I understand how service interruptions can impact your work life. Our field teams strive to complete all work with a heads-up, and with as few interruptions as possible. With that being said, they work through a multitude of spontaneous issues that may not have the simplest of fixes. In the future, I would recommend reaching out to us, so we can take a further look at the network in your neighborhood. We have worked with our local teams in the past to determine a good course of action to steady out a neighborhood to provide a much more relieve experience.
I would also like to mention that with our new next generation plans that were released in June, include unlimited data at no additional cost regardless of your equipment choice. We hope that you do have a pleasant experience with your new provider, but if you ever decided to return, just know that you will have the full support of our team. ❤️
