Cancellation of Services
Cancel services for
As the account holder of services, I am demanding immediate cancellation of all Xfinity services at the above location. I do not wish to speak with any more Xfinity agents of any level. Should you need an understanding of why I’m canceling services, read through the multiple chats over the past week and prior to that.
If you have a question, I will ONLY accept written communication via email from Comcast/xfinity. Do not ask me to call nor chat any further with your agents.

The concern is not related to Xfinity Compliments................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
