Cancellation confirmation email

I called an Xfinity agent yesterday to cancel my Internet subscription. I scheduled for my services to end on Monday. I use an Xfinity gateway so do not have any equipment to return.

The agent said I would receive an email confirming cancellation but I have not received it. How can I find proof that my order went through? I do not want to charged for services next month.

Greetings @user_8yny94, and thanks for reaching out to us on the Xfinity forums, and thank you @EG for moving the post, so we could respond, I hope you are both having a good day so far. Usually when a cancelation request is put in on an account, the request is set out a week or so from the date that it was submitted, with a billing stop date for the date that was requested as the last service date. Once that work order is processed, you will receive an email with the confirmation.
