user_ssrhdv, Have you attempted to cancel from the "Unsubscribe" link in your confirmation email, or by opting out of auto-renew in the Xfinity NOW Portal?

Natalie, that unsubscribe button on email will stop getting emails from that email address. It doesn’t stop charges or cancellation of the service. Xfinity needs you to send orientation again.
