Cancel Now Wifi Pass

I've spent 6 months trying to cancel this pass. No one ever assisted me with doing this. I got this #  1 (855) 216-8902 from my ACH charge. It gave me - xfinity.com/wifipasshelp. I hope this helps everybody that needs to cancel their wifi passes.

Hi there, user_943aoi! Thank you for sharing how you were able to take care of this. Here is some further information. To cancel an Xfinity NOW WiFi Pass, you can either opt out of auto-renew through the Xfinity NOW Portal or follow the unsubscribe link in the confirmation email. Cancelling auto-renew will stop future payments, and the pass will expire after your 30-day subscription ends. You can also manage your NOW WiFi Pass and cancel it directly through the NOW Portal.

Hello, @user_2k2811 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for support, and want to help ensure you're able to get your NOW WiFi Pass cancelled. With this service being prepaid, to cancel all you need to do is log into your account and cancel the automatic renewal, and it won't renew on the next cycle. I also wanted to help get the proper expectations set up that this is a service we can't assist with, so if you do need further help you would want to reach out to the Xfinity Assistant and work with a chat agent: https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/

I found this helpful article off our website that has some great information: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/now-wifi-pass
