Canceling Internet Services

I need assistance in cancelling an old subscription to Xfinity internet services.  I cancelled my Mother's account in September, 2025 after paying the September bill.  I visited an Xfinity store and returned all equipment.  My Mother passed in January, 2025 and we sold her home on 10/2/2025.  I then was billed for November and again in December.  I spent many hours on the phone and also on on-line chat and am still being billed an amount of $358.27.  I also sent a letter to Comcast/Xfinity with my Mother's death certificate and surrogate certification; asking in writing to cancel and close this account.  The address is [EDITED: Personal information.].  Please direct me to a solution with this.  Thanks.
