Canceling Internet Service

Hi, how do I go about canceling my Xfinity internet service? I'm not seeing an option online.

@jevins Thanks for adding a post to the community. For customers that want to stop service on the next billing cycle, we have this https://www.xfinity.com/cancel page to set up the request. For customers that need to stop service immediately, it is best to call in to our support or add your own post to the forum like you just did. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
