Hi there, @user_dt32yr. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forums. To cancel your NOW WiFi Pass, log in to the NOW Portal to turn off auto-renewal or cancel the service immediately. If you require further assistance you would need to utilize the Xfinity Assistant. They should be able to help you there.
