Canceled service but it’s all still working
Hello,
I canceled my service, effective this past Sunday, but everything is still on and functioning. I read it often takes 48 hours before the services are switched off but since we are a fews days beyond end date I would like to be sure my service is canceled and I am not being billed beyond my end date. Confirmation of cancelation was received by email. I own my own equipment. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Hello, and thank you for reaching out about your service. If I closed an account, and it still worked, I would be checking as well. You have reached the right team for help. It is not uncommon for the service to remain active for up to 7-days, but not be billed.
