Canceled service but it’s all still working

Hello,

I canceled my service, effective this past Sunday, but everything is still on and functioning.   I read it often takes 48 hours before the services are switched off but since we are a fews days beyond end date I would like to be sure my service is canceled and I am not being billed beyond my end date.  Confirmation of cancelation was received by email.  I own my own equipment.  Thank you in advance for your reply.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, and thank you for reaching out about your service. If I closed an account, and it still worked, I would be checking as well. You have reached the right team for help. It is not uncommon for the service to remain active for up to 7-days, but not be billed. I will be happy to take a look for you. @DavoWasHere send me a direct message and I will be happy to make sure the service is set to close.
