I want to CANCEL. I keep getting the runaround and keep getting billed. I haven't used Comcast for months. I WANT TO CANCEL!

This is a public forum. You need to call Comcast, unfortunately, or go to a Comcast store.

I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !

I am having a similar problem.  For some reason they will only let you change your plan or address from the website, but you have to go to a store to cancel.  WHY?  I want to CANCEL my plan.  I don't need to talk to an agent just so they can try to change my mind.  I actually used their "chat" to get help from them (because they didnt have a phone number listed??) and now I'm still getting billed but for MORE MONEY than I was paying before!!!!!  I WANT TO CANCEL MY PLAN!!!!!  And now I go to try to chat with them again only to be told that they have "long wait times".  Am I even on the wait list?  It just says that I can call their help number (I guess they had one the whole time) but the help line is closed.  This should not be this hard!   Every other utilities provider ever just lets you hit a button on their website and cancel the plan.
