Cancel Xfinity Internet Service Online - Minnesota
Hello, I am trying to cancel my Xfinity internet service but the only option is to Schedule a Call or Visit a Store. I live in Minnesota and we have a Click to Cancel law (Minn. Stat. § 325G.59) which means it should be as easy to cancel a subscription service as it was to sign up.
I cannot find any form online to cancel. I cannot find an email address to send notice to. I talked to your chatbot and it only would say to schedule a phone call. I do not think the forum posting process can be considered easy as signing up per the law since I had to sign up for the forum, search for "cancel", and then click the small link for “Can’t find what you’re looking for? Ask a question” which is gray text on white background, then create this post and then, presumably, I will be asked to re-send all of my account details, even though I am signed in and you have those.
I do no think this process complies with the law.
Consider this post my notice to cancel my service.

Please let me know what info you need to process my request.
Thank you

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
