Online Cancelation Option

I am trying to cancel my services and believe Minnesota Law (Minn. Stat. § 325G.59) requires that companies with online management capabilities like Xfinity, to have an online "click to cancel" option. I have tried everything and only get a "Schedule a call" response. Very frustrating!

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do hate to lose you as a customer, but we understand your concerns.

 

If you set up your account online, then you should have access to cancel the account online.

 

But depending on when your account was set up and how it was created you may not have access to use the online option.  I'll be happy to assist you further, please send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address to get started.

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
