cancel up faith and family channel

12-21-2021

Can someone help me with a simple problem?   I want to cancel Up Faith and Family Channel.  I signed up to watch a certain series and now want to cancel.  I tried online but got no where.  I have called the 800# twice and can only get the robot lady.  Thanks so much.

Have you had the change to look into our Manage Channels application that can be found one our set-top boxes? If you visit our Getting Started with the Manage Channels App for X1, it can provide you with a few steps on how to add, change, or remove Premium Channels, Subscription On Demand Channels, Sports Packages and International Channels. Would you be able to give this a try and see if you are able to successfully remove the subscription from your account and services?
