Cancel services please

Looking to cancel without having to be called as I do not wish to waste time trying to be retained as a customer. 
Xfinity assistant is useless.
Nothing will convince me to keep Xfinity internet

To send a "Direct Message":

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
