Cancel services just signed up for
Hi, I ordered a comcast pronotion wireless/mobile for a new addrss that I just found out is wired for AT &T throughout the entire house. I don’t want to have to pay for Comcast to install new wires/connections when I can use AT&T. my question is if I cancel my service now that I just signed up for, are there cancellation fees? I have received the equipment that I can bring back to a Comcast office nearbyI also feel like I was misled and I was not told that there will be $100 install fee by the person I talked to on the phone. I did not see this until I opened my email.

Thanks for reaching out to us and joining the Xfinity family. If your address was listed in our database as serviceable it's not uncommon for another carrier to have their tap activated at your location, especially if we haven't serviced that location within the last 12 months. Cable companies don't have to come rewire the whole home or unit as what matters is that the cable or Internet company has a tap activated to the location. So all that needs to be done is for one of our Xfinity technicians to come out and activate our tap to be able to have your services working for Xfinity.
So if you're not able to complete the self install due to the AT&T tap still being activated then we just need to send out a technician to come out there and activate the services which you may or may not incur $100 one time install fee

Hi, I recently signed up for the one gig Internet and mobile deal for $60 for five years. I recently received the email with the monthly cost of $183. I wanted to find out why this difference and what my actual monthly bill will be. Who do I contact for that? It’s very difficult to get a live person through the phone number and when I do, I get conflicting information. Are you able to help me on here?
