Total monthly cost of promotional deal

Hi, I recently signed up for the one gig Internet and mobile deal for $60 for five years. I recently received the email with the monthly cost of $183. I wanted to find out why this difference and what my actual monthly bill will be. Who do I contact for that? It’s very difficult to get a live person through the phone number and when I do, I get conflicting information. Are you able to help me on here?

We'll have to take a look at the details of your account because your mobile billing and your Internet billing are separate.  Go ahead and send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address

 

 

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
