Cancel service

I just had surgery and lost my ability to speak. Xfinity keeps trying to call me but I can't talk, how hard is this to understand?

Where is the customer service support for individuals that have lost their ability to speak and still need to communicate but the only option your company will provide is a callback.

Hi @user_oi673s,

I hope your recovery is going well! I apologize for the convenience. Our phone teams only work calls, and our chat teams work via written platform. Very few groups are skilled to do both. With that being said, you have come to the right place for help! Our team can help with your cancellation request. Just send our team a direct message with your full name and service address.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

1.  Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2.  Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

3.  Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.

4.  In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".

5.  As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

6.  A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

7.  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8.  Press Enter to send it.
