Cancel service

Directions to cancel service online.  There is no direct message button on these pages and if there is it is VERY well hidden

There is no way to send a direct message in the app either, just contacting a chat bot which refuses to cancel without a callback, which goes against my state's law for providing an online way to cancel

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click “Sign In” if necessary.
  2. Click the “Direct Messaging” icon.
  3. Click the “Start new conversation” (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the “To:” line, type “Xfinity Support.”
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.
  6. An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:” line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

Hi There , 

Ive been trying to cancel my xfinity NOW server since past 1 week . Please cancel it and refund the amount ! 

Below things tried already with no success:

1. Tried portal option to pause and cancel through the NOW internet account but it keeps erroring at the last page saying " something went wrong . please try again "

2. So, Called customer care and they assured the account is showing disconnected at their end even though it was showing active at my customer portal ; They assured I wont be billed the next cycle of July13th . Still I see 30$ was deducted from my account for the service today July 13th . 

3. Called customer service multiple times today and they keep looping me back and forth transferring me to multiple teams with no success . Also in the mid of call the calls get disconnected often just like that . 

4. Worst customer service . They wont listen and keep offering offers instead of focusing on my NOW internet cancellation issue . I'm currently stuck with this NOW internet service with no resolution . 

5. Customer service says go to xfinity store to get this issues resolved . Visited nearby store and they say they cannot do anything , everything needs to be taken care through online portal ! 

    So basically I'm being just tossed from store to customer service calls !

6. Will be disputing the charges that were charged today for the NOW internet service which I've been trying to cancel for a long time now !

hi, Yes already talked to the NOW customer portal and have been going back and forth/  looped back / just disconnected every time.
