Cancel service

We are wanting to cancel service due to continued outages and losing primary channels. This is a breach of contract, and we will exercise our rights to cancel our service contract.

Good Morning, @user_0ttgcl! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I completely understand the frustrations with service interruptions, and channels no longer available. Most of the channels we provide to our customers are owned by media companies other than Comcast. We obtain the rights to carry channels according to contracts with those companies, which expire from time to time. 

I would be more than happy to look into the account with you, and process any requests you may have. Can you please send us a DM to get started? 

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

I cancelled my service and returned my equipment back in April. I am still getting billed and I need to make sure my accounts (internet and mobile) are cancelled. I do not see a direct message icon at the top right of this page and I am signed in.

I really do not want to have to call for a 4th TIME to confirm this cancelation. How can I direct message support?
