Cancel service
Why am I still getting charged??!? We changed mobile services because your services are not good in our area. I still have $38 being taken out of my account. I cannot cancel autopay from my account. Stop charging me for services I do not have!

I wonder if this may be a last balance. We can check and see what's going on. Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address.
