Cancel service

I want to cancel my Internet service. It's stupid to make it this difficult. I will never return to Comcast.

Also having an impossible time cancelling internet service this morning. 2.5 hours into it now. Been dropped on 2 calls when i ask to please just cancel my service. Also tried via Chat and via my account online. Not possible to cancel by either of those avenues. They wanted me a schedule a call 6 days out to discuss :( 

Maybe they need to take notice of the $2.5 billion Amazon has to pay for their customer cancelation woes.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
