Cancel Service

I would like to cancel my service and cannot do a phone call, but I do not see the direct messaging option and the forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging link does not work.

We can assist with cancelling your service. Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address.

I am trying to cancel my service too! I never received a phone call back after waiting on hold, and I don't see a chat icon that all of these treads mention. If need be, my last day in my house I will go to the Xfinity store with the equipment and just drop it off and tell them I'm done.
