cancel service
Why does xfinity make it so difficult to cancel my service? My bill is now $170/month for just internet. Isn't it criminal to make it difficult for a customer to cancel their service? I've tried for a week. This is shady and not transparent and I no longer want anything to do with xfinity and it's affiliates.

As far as having trouble cancelling service, it is odd you have had trouble doing so. You can cancel online, over the phone or even at a service center if you choose. I am curious to what happened when you tried, and also I can certainly help you get it done if you choose! If your talking about home internet and there modem Just disconect the modem and bring it to one of there xfinity stores If that is possible for you. When you get there tell them to cancle it . Thats what i did with cable boxes and they did it right away gave me a recieipt that i turned in the cable boxes . Dont foget the plug or they will charge you for it...
