Cancel service

I have scheduled three callback times to cancel my service (moving to a place where internet is already provided) and have yet to receive a single call. I also just got charged $70 for the internet at the apartment I no longer live at BECAUSE YOU NEVER CALLED BACK. I have tried numerous times to get someone on the phone and only ever get redirected back to setting up a callback time. Again. I need someone to actually talk with me so I can cancel my service and get my money back.

It doesn’t give me the option to direct message you, but I would like this solved as soon as possible. I’m not gonna call the number again because I’ve already done that twice today and gotten hung up on.
