You can cancel seasonal holds on your account by visiting https://xfinity.com/seasonal. Once you sign into your account you can change or end the hold on thee account. You can also make the change using the Xfinity App by navigating to the Account/Seasonal Convenience Plan and simply selecting Resume Service.
