cancel peacock premium subscription

I wish to cancel Peacock Premium subscription. I am unable to manage or cancel my subscription through the Xfinity app or website.

@user_27spig Thank you for making us aware of the issues you're experiencing when attempting to cancel your Peacock subscription online and on the app. Do you have our cable service? If so, have you attempted to process the cancellation on your cable box?

I. too, have been trying to cancel the Peacock charge on my Xfinity bill for 2 years!!!!!!!!!!  I have called over a dozen times and received assurance that it will be handled.  Next month, SAME charge.  I've tried everything-no way to contact Peacock as they say I don't have an account, no way to get through to Xfinity because you only say you are handling and then don't!  The Xfinity store is useless as they say I should call you again.  EVERY month I get an additional charge of 16.99 for Peacock - EVERY month I call and write to Xfinity and still get the overdue bills every month for the payment I am refusing to pay because I shouldn't be billed for it in the first place.  I'm at my wits end with Xfinity and I as see on these mutliple posts with the same issue, EVERYONE is having the same problem with no resolution.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
