Cancel Now TV subscription
I have tried everything to cancel the NOW tv. It keeps telling I don't have any tv services when I contact chat. I am getting billed for it. I no longer want it and it is impossible to cancel. I've gone through NOW TV login, Xfinity stream, through my account. It's impossible to cancel. Why is it so difficult to cancel this? There is no easy way to cancel it. Please cancel it.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
