I want to cancel my Xfinity Flex service please. It is way too expensive, because I am now paying $120/month. I want and need to keep my internet though. Please assist.

The Xfinity Flex service should be no additional charge as it is included in the cost of the Xfinity Internet. Are you seeing separate charges for the service on your Xfinity Bill?
You can use the Xfinity App to download a PDF copy of your Xfinity Service bill to review the account, billing, and services.
