cancel account
I need to cancel my account. Please help me cancel. I tried going through the web site while logged in, and the chat service. The web site doesn't make it easy to do or maybe it's not possible. The chat service is requiring a call even though I don't need a phone call to be sold a different service. Comcast was supposed to refund ~$500 to my account due to double billing and never did it. I got tired of calling and I have found an internet service for 40% of the cost of Comcast who isn't double billing me. PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.
