Cancel Account
Hello,
I have recently moved to Hawaii where there is no Xfinity internet service. I have been trying to cancel my internet account with Xfinity for a few weeks with no luck. The chat function does not work for me, I did not receive my scheduled call back, and I even mailed in the cancellation letter to account services with no success. Any advice? I'd hate to keep getting charged for a service I am unable to use.

Could you please send us a Direct Message with your full first/last name, complete service address (Including the city, state, and zip code), best contact phone number and email address, and the best forwarding address for the final service bill (Including the city, state, and zip code)?
To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
