Cancel a pending order?

Earlier today, I was looking at internet plans, and I was waiting to place an order for 1000mbps until I knew what router I had. I wanted to make sure it would work for that internet speed. I came back to my laptop after figuring that out, and the order had been placed. Maybe my cat stepped on my laptop, maybe I did submit it and didn't realize it. I want to change the speed that I ordered, but I can't figure out how.
