Howcan I cancel a Brit Box account? I go to support@ brit box .com to cancel and they sent me to Xfinity to cancel and Xfinity sends me back to Brit Box

Hey @user_2zmozs, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. If you have an active subscription to BritBox and is billed through Xfinity, you can quickly and easily cancel the subscription through the Xfinity X1, Xumo, or Flex set-top boxes.
The quick and easy steps are:
-> Settings > Apps & Subscription Management or by saying "Manage BritBox" into your voice remote.
Our handy 'Manage your BritBox subscription on X1, Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity, and Flex' support page will go through all the steps as well as provide additional tools to manage the BritBox subscription. If you would like to restart the subscription again in the future, our 'Sign up for BritBox on X1, Xumo Stream Box from Xfinity, and Flex' support page can show you how to resubscribe.
