Cancel a $20 monthly charge for NOW TV

Hi, I reviewed my latest bill and noticed a $20 monthly charge for NOW TV.

I'm a new graduate student at the University of Washington (UW), and I just moved to Seattle this September. When I signed up for Xfinity Internet, the staff member told me that I was eligible for a student discount, which would give me 1 Gig internet for just $45 per month.

However, I recently noticed that my bill is $68.70, including an additional $20 monthly charge for NOW TV. I don't recall agreeing to subscribe to this service, as I only intended to sign up for the $45/month internet plan.

Could you please help me:

  1. Cancel NOW TV while keeping my current $45/month internet plan and all existing promotional discounts.

  2. Review the NOW TV charges and issue a refund or bill credit, since I wasn't aware of this additional subscription.

I would also appreciate it if you could confirm that my future monthly bills will be $45 after removing NOW TV, with no other unexpected charges.

Thank you so much for your help!

Hey @Paipi, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. If you have an active subscription to the NOW TV streaming service, you should be able to quickly and easily remove the streaming service via our Xfinity StreamStore.

You should be able to visit our Xfinity StreamStore portal by clicking here and logging in with your Xfinity ID. If you happen to subscribe to multiple streaming services, we also recommend taking a look at our streaming service bundles to see if you can save by bundling the services.
