Can someone come out and fix the wires coming into my house?

There are FOUR coax wires coming from the telephone pole to my house, they are hanging so low someone is going to hurt themselves.  This message serves are written notice. If anyone hurts themselves in the future and sues me, I will be suing Comcast for damages.  You have been notified.  I am requesting that you send someone out and pull them up higher so no one decapitates themselves.  I tried to use your chat, it's the worst, it doesn't understand what I'm asking. You don't post a phone number to call on your customer service webpage, nor is there an email address I can post.  Please respond immediately.  It is now 4:55pm EST on Feb 28, 2026.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
