Can I transfer my account to another person? Primary role link is not working for me
Ok this process is unbelievable inefficient. I tried to follow what I read here: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/can-i-transfer-my-account-to-another-person/620e6e0175582e541faa7954#
but apparently I can't chat anyone until I've made my first post. Why are there a bunch of steps to solve a simple problem? Why are there no phone numbers of people to call to help with solutions? If we're going to use an assistant, why don't we give it the capability to help with common issues?
Secondly, I, like many others in this forum, would like to transfer my account to another person. They took on the billing, theyre a manager of the account now, and I was trying to transfer the primary user to them, but the link is broken, and will not work on other browsers. Can I send a peer 2 peer message now and follow the above forum? Time will tell...
