Can I transfer my account to another person?

My past roommate and I moved to different places. The new person I moved in with has internet already. Can I transfer my account so that the sign-in and payment is under my past roommates name and information?

Hello @user_2c847f Yes! You can transfer the ownership of the account to your previous roommate and they will have access to the account online as well. Once we receive the request is can take a few days to process, but we just need some details and we will have everything submitted!

To send a "Peer to peer" message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
